 Depois de uma NYFW quase pronta-a-vestir, eis que nos chega uma LFW bem mais conceptual, mas nem por isso menos interessante ao olhar.

After a NYFW almost ready-to-wear, now it's time for look into a quite more conceptual LFW, but not really less interesting.

 Segundo e último post sobre favoritos na LFW, e acho que as colecções dos últimos dias ainda ilustram mais claramente aquela intensidade a que eu me referia no post de ontem!

Second and last post dedicated to LFW, and I really think that the collections from the last two days, show in a more clear way that intensity that I'm talking about in the yesterday post!

Não havia forma de não eleger o desfile da Burberry o meu preferido da LFW, tal como não havia hipótese alguma de apenas escolher 6 favoritos deste desfile fantástico!

O principal motivo para amar tanto a marca deve-se ao facto desta se manter sempre fiel à sua identidade, mas mesmo criar tendências e deixar-nos sempre apaixonadas.

 It's impossible for me to not elect the Burberry fashion show as my LFW favorite,

as it also impossible to only chose 6 favorites from this marvelous fashion show!

The main reason for my big love about Burberry is that the brand always maintains faithful to it identity, but even so, they always create gorgeous trends and always makes us fall in love.

LFW I

O que é que segue a NYFW!? A LFW, que apesar de menos frenética, me parece sempre mais intensa!

Talvez por ser a minha cidade preferida das que conheci até agora, talvez porque os designers me surpreendem sempre de uma forma tão positiva, realmente não sei, mas adoro!

And what comes after NYFW!? The LFW, that although less frenetic, always seems to me more intense!

Maybe because it's my favorite city in the world until now, maybe because all the designers always surprise me in such a great way, I really don't know, but I love it!

Runway | London Fashion Week SS13

Na sequência dos anteriores posts (aqui e aqui) acerca dos meus favoritos da New York Fashion Week, apresento-vos agora o que mais me apaixonou na London Fashion Week.

Following the previous posts (here and here) about my favorites from New York Fashion Week, I now present you what I fell in love with from the London Fashion Week.

Sem dúvida a minha colecção preferida desta semana da moda em Londres! Os padrões são loucamente misturados e eu adoro! Já para não falar da reinvenção que aqui assistimos de padrões já tão vulgares como o leopardo! Para mim o factor mais importante nesta colecção é a extrema harmonia e elegância atingida pelo designer ao cometer loucuras, afinal o que podia ter dado uma grande asneira teve um resultado maravilhoso!

Undoubtedly my favorite collection of this fashion week in London! The patterns are wildly mixed and I love it! Not to mention the reinvention of patterns already seen as vulgar as the leopard! For me the key factor in this collection is the extreme elegance and harmony achieved by the designer, after all, what could have been a big mistake, ended to be a wonderful collection!

A inglesa Erdem apresentou uma colecção repleta de flores e outras formas, tudo muito num estilo muito romântico e feminino, sem no entanto perder as silhuetas clássicas e intemporais. A base da colecção passa pelos tons pastéis conjugados entre si, rosas, azuis, cinzas e amarelos em mistura para proporcionar um resultado agradável e apelativo.

The English Erdem presented a collection full of flowers and other shapes, everything very much in a romantic and feminine style, without losing the classic and timeless silhouettes. The basis of this collection goes by combined pastels with others pastels: pinks, blues, grays and yellows mixed to provide a pleasing and attractive result.

Com Mulberry conhecemos uma colecção para a mulher moderna mas que não quer perder um toque de romance, tudo muito padronizado mas simples ao mesmo tempo. Para mim esses conjuntos de fato cheio de padrão são uma loucura! Quanto aos tons, grande aposta nos azuis.

With Mulberry we have a collection for the modern woman but that does not want to lose a touch of romance: everything very patterned but simple at the same time. For me these suits full of pattern makes me crazy! As to shades: great bet in the blues.

A colecção de Mathew Williamson foi para mim uma das mais apaixonantes desta London Fashion Week. Delirei com a irreverência dos padrões e com as sobreposições de tecidos com o toque de delicadeza na silhueta proporcionado pelos cintinhos. Tudo é bastante apelativo e recheado de cores vivas, o que eu adoro!

The collection of Mathew Williamson was for me one of the most exciting of this London Fashion Week. I felt in love with the irreverence of patterns and fabric overlays with the touch of delicacy in the silhouette provided by . Everything is quite appealing and full of bright colors, which I love!

Gosto muito dos estampados loucos de Mary Kantratzou, desta vez a designer foi buscar inspiração aos selos, sendo que não foi a minha colecção preferida é inegável a inspiração que estes estampados me transmitem.

I love the crazy prints from Mary Kantratzou, this time the designer is inspired for the world of stamps and even this was not my favorite collection is undeniable the inspiration that these prints me.

Moschino  Cheap and Chic nesta colecção na mesma onda a que a marca nos habituou, o que mais podíamos esperar se não padrões loucos com muita irreverência à mistura?

Moschino Cheap and Chic, in this collection with the same crazyness that the brand made us accustomed to: what else could we expect if not mad patterns with much irreverence to the mix?

Donna Karan apresentou-nos uma colecção repleta de vestidinhos fluidos e modernos, com um certo toque de um minimalismo.

Donna Karan showed us a collection replete with fluidity and modern little dresses with a touch of minimalism.

Mais tons pastéis, desta vez à base do cor-de-rosa, será possível ser-se mais romântico, feminino e actual do que isto? Acredito que não, e eu gostei muito do resultado.

More pastels, this time based on the color pink, it will be possible to be more romantic, feminine and modern than that? I don't think so, and I really liked the result.

Peter Pilotto foi outra surpresa para mim! Um designer que continua a apostar no peplum ao mesmo tempo que brinca com as formas do corpo feminino, já para não falar nos padrões meio étnicos meio futuristas!

Peter Pilotto was another surprise to me! A designer who continues to bet on peplum at the same time that plays with the shapes of the female body, not to mention the ethnic and very futuristic patterns!

Uma colecção que conjuga a tradição com a evolução, assim temos os típicos trench coat by Burberry, mas também temos novas versões destes mesmos que se enchem de rendas e brocados. Gosto desta capacidade da Burberry em se manter como um ícone e mesmo assim não parar e procurar sempre mais.

A collection that combines tradition with progress, so we have the typical trench coat by Burberry, but there are also new versions of these that are filled with lace and brocades. I like this Burberry capacity to remain as an icon and still not stop and always seek more.
