Depois dos sapatos (os azuis já cá moram, e eu não podia estar mais feliz!!) e dos colares que mais me têm feito desejar 'cair em tentação', aqui estão as malas que tenho andado a namorar, logo eu, que nem sou uma pessoa de malas!

I'm one of those persons that lovee the sales season! I need to be really, really in love about one piece to make me buy it in the normal price. And sincerely, this is the time that prices starts to be seductive, because some of the discounts made by Zara are an authentic joke. So, I show you 20 pieces that really worth it sale price, because they're authentic classics that you'll be wearing like forever, or just because they're pretty gorgeous and we all need a bit of gorgeousness on our life!

Trends | Color of the Year 2013 by Pantone

Em todos os finais de ano, Pantone, chamemos-lhe autoridade das cores, elege uma cor para ser “A Cor do Ano”, e em 2013 é a vez do Esmeralda que eu tanto adoro! Uma cor rica, vibrante e elegante. E a verdade é que esta escolha da cor já parecia um pouco antecipada durante o ano passado, pois é uma cor que todas vimos muito por aí. Agora é esperar para ver se pega a moda do esmeralda, com o realce de que esta qualificação de cor do ano vale para tudo, e não apenas no campo da moda. Já sabem, agarrem-se ao esmeralda!

Around the end of the year, Pantone, call it the color authority, chooses a color to be "The Color of the Year" and in 2013 is the turn of Emerald which I so adore! A rich color, vibrant and elegant. And the truth is that this color choice already seemed a bit anticipated over the past year because it is a color that we have seen a lot all around. Now we'll wait to see if the emerald color turns out a trend, with the highlight that this color of the year applies to everything and not just in the fashion field. Now you know, get something in emerald color!

Definitivamente não sou uma pessoa de malas!

Satisfaço-me com uma que me apaixone verdadeiramente, e uso-a, uso-a e uso-a, dia após dia!

Claro que um requisito absolutamente essencial, acaba por ser a qualidade.

Estou obssecada com a necessidade de uma mala nova, e a verdade é que preciso mesmo.

Simples, básica e que vá bem com tudo são requisitos absolutamente essenciais.

Claro que o que eu queria verdadeiramente era a Audrey da Carolina Herrera,

mas a verdade é que me parece que será coisa para o futuro,

por isso só me resta procurar outras soluções.

Definitely I am not a bag person!

I satisfy myself with that one that I truly fall in love, and use it, use it and use it day after day!

Of course an absolutely essential requirement turns out to be quality.

I'm obsessed with the need of a new bag, and I really need it.

Simple, basic, and that goes well with everything are absolutely essential requirements.

Of course what I truly wanted was the Audrey of Carolina Herrera,

but I think it will be a goal for the future,

so the only option is to look at other solutions. 

Tenho ouvido muito boas coisas sobre as malas da Bimba y Lola,

e efectivamente vão de encontro aos requisitos da versatilidade e simplicidade,

será coisa a ponderar nos saldos.

I have heard very good things about Bimba y Lola bags,

and actually they meet the requirements of versatility and simplicity,

it will be something to consider on sale. 

Também adoro as malas em verniz da Mango na fotografia,

mas não me parece que a qualidade me satisfaça o suficiente. 

I also love the bags in varnish from Mango in the picture,

but I don't think the quality will satisfy me enough.

Quanto às malas da Zara, são apenas um extra, porque apesar de as adorar, são malas apenas para a estação.

 As for the Zara bags, they are just an extra because despite looking gorgeous I think they are just bags for this season.

Shopping | Hats

Chapéus são sem dúvida uma das minhas mais recentes paixões. Simplesmente adoro o efeito casual/elaborado que eles dão! Sem dúvida que as lojas já entenderam o efeito que os chapéus tem, e podemos encontrá-los em quase todos os lados, em todas as formas, feitios e cores! Para já, queria um neutro mas amoroso. Tenho uma mega crush pelo da Bimba y Lola com a serpente, que é um detalhe maravilhoso, e acho os da Massimo Dutti lindos lindos lindos.

Hats are without doubt one of my latest passions. Simply love the effect casual/elaborated that they give! The stores have already understood the effect that hats give and we can find them on almost everywhere, in all forms, shapes and colors! For now, I wanted a neutral but loving hat. I have a mega crush at Bimba y Lola's hat with that snake, which is a wonderful detail and I also like the ones from Massimo Dutti that are simply gorgeous!

Trends | Baroque

O barroco é sem dúvida a minha tendência favorita para este Outono/Inverno. Acho as peças requintadas, elegantes e delicadas - o que é que uma mulher mais pode desejar numa peça de roupa? A colecção apresentada pela casa Dolce & Gabanna de certa forma é o espelho de todas as características apontadas, e desde que pus os olhos em cima das imagens oficiais do desfile que soube que esta seria a minha grande paixão para esta colecção. A verdade é que a cada novo editorial de moda em que vejo espelhada esta tendência mais me apaixono. Claro que não podemos menosprezar as colecções apresentadas por Lanvin, Balmain entre outras, pois basicamente quase todos os designers elaboraram para si uma outra peça baroque inspired! O central desta tendência é o profundo cuidado com os pormenores e uma enorme relevância dada ao excesso, afinal aqui mais é mais!

The Baroque is without doubt my favorite trend for this autumn/winter. I think the pieces are very chic, delicate and elegant at the same time - what more could a woman want in a piece of cloth? The collection presented by the house of Dolce & Gabanna somehow is the mirror of all mentioned characteristics and since I saw the official images of the fashion show, I knew that this would be my passion from this collection. The truth is that every new fashion editorial in which I see this trend, the most I fall in love with it. Of course we can not underestimate the collections presented by Lanvin, Balmain and others, because basically almost all designers have developed a different piece of baroque inspired! The centerpiece of this trend is a deep attention to detail and a huge relevance given to the excess, after all here more is more!

Bags Selection

Malas...um dos meus eternos vícios! Grandes, pequenas, de todas as cores, padrões e feitios!

E obviamente que não podia deixar de fazer um post sobre malas. Aqui vos mostro uma pequena selecção (sim, a escolha é difícil...ainda mais se tivesse optado por incluir o mundo das super "luxury handbags"). 

Neste momento as minhas apostas sobrecaiem em malas bem coloridas para o verão e com cores neon de preferência (a tendência neon é algo que me fascina/hipnotiza...desde malas a colares, sapatos, etc)

Claro que também, com os saldos/promoções, fico sempre atenta a uma boa mala que dê para o próximo Outono/Inverno.

Bags...one of my eternal addictions! Large, small, with all type of colors, patterns and shapes! And obviously I had to make a post about bags. Here I show you a small selection (yes, the choice is difficult ... even more if I had chosen to include the world of the super "luxury handbags").

Right now my choices go for brightly colored bags for the summer and preferably neon colors (the neon trend is something that fascinates/hypnotizes me...from bags to necklaces, shoes, etc)

Although, with the sales/promotions, I am always receptive to find a good handbag for the next Fall/Winter.
