Clutch on a Bottle

The clutch in shape of a perfume bottle, an authentic star in the street style season after season, and sincerely, just looking the images it's perfectly understandable why it is so irresistible. 

A clutch em formato frasco de perfume, uma autêntica estrela do street style das últimas estações, e acho que basta um olhar sobre as imagens que o ilustram para se compreender o fascinío.

It first arrived by the hands of the divine Charlotte Olympia, another of her fancy and unique creations; but the big uprising is justified by Chanel in the Resort 2014 collection, when the iconic perfumes of the brand won a place at the runway, from that moment the fever only grows, grows and grows.

Chegou-nos primeiro pelas mãos da fabulosa Charlotte Olympia, mais uma das suas criações únicas e extravagantes; mas o grande buzz deu-se com Chanel e a sua colecção Resort 2014, quando os icónicos perfumes da marca ganharam lugar no desfile.

Haute Couture Fall 2014

Oh Couture, what a season of pure beauty! The most inaccessible of all of us, but definitely the most beautiful to our eyes. There is no trends, there is no real life there, just an absolute fascination show after show, look after look. Once again, leave you with my 8 favorites.

Ohh Alta Costura, que semana de tamanha beleza! A mais distante de todas as temporadas da moda, pelo menos para nós, comuns mortais, mas definitivamente a mais bela de todas. Não há tendências para nos apaixonar, não há inspiração para a vida real aqui, apenas e só uma absoluta fascinação que inevitavelmente surge desfile após desfile, look após look. Aqui estão os meus 8 favoritos.

What there is to love? Starting with the more than beautiful striped and graphic looks in B&W, passing through the incredible 3D flowers (already a classic from Giambattista), ending with the indescribable degrade models. To die for.

O que há para amar? Começando pelos looks gráficos em preto e branco, passando pelas flores tridimensionais (já um clássico nos desfiles de Giambattista), e terminando nos indescritíveis modelos degrade. To die for.

Resort 2015 Report

The months of May and June were fulfilled of presentations for the Resort season, and it came so perfectly at this moment, after all, the most of the countries are starting to live the Summer right now, and Resort collections are all about funny colors, interesting patterns and fresh clothes, meaning, inspiration to wear in this precise moment! I've selected my favorite collections, and believe me when I say that it was a truly tricky thing to do, so in the end, we have the usual loose pieces.

Os meses de Maio e Junho são completamente preenchidos pelas apresentações da temporada Resort, e vêm em tão bom momento, afinal, estamos agora a viver o início do Verão, e as colecções Resort são tudo acerca de cores giras e divertidas, padrões interessantes e roupas frescas, o que significa, inspiração para vestir já, já, já! Seleccionei as minhas colecções favoritas, e acreditem quando digo que foi uma tarefa verdadeiramente complicada, e no final, temos as habituais peças soltas.

What there is to love? The fancy pencil skirts, made by really interesting and unusual fabrics, that were so perfectly mixed with the top garments.

O que há para amar? As saias lápis, feitas de tecidos interessantes e pouco usuais, que foram perfeitamente misturadas com todas as restantes peças.

As colecções de Alta Costura são sempre aquelas que mais nos fazem sonhar! Repletas de vestidos fazer sonhar qualquer princesa, com tecidos delicados, e designs majestosos... O que mais uma mulher pode desejar?

The Haute Couture collections always are the ones that make us dream the most! Fulfilled of dreamy princess dresses, with delicate fabrics, and fabulous designs... What else a woman can desire?

20 Bags for Fall

Nada a fazer, a estação fria aproxima-se a passos largos,

e sonhar com o que aí vem é quase um vício!

Depois de uma pequena antevisão dos sapatos que mais me fizeram sonhar,

que tal delirarmos todas com algumas malas mais que perfeitas!?

There is nothing to do, the cold is arriving sooner or later,

and dreaming about what is coming is almost an addiction!

After a little preview about the shoes that are making me dream about Winter,

what about some delirious about a few more than perfect bags!?

Eu não sou uma bag-person, mas diria que a minha fraqueza são as malas de pêlo!

Há alguma coisa que combine mais com o Inverno do que pêlo meninas?

Uso a minha non-stop o Inverno inteiro, e digamos que ela talvez precise de algum descanso...

A J. Mendel era mais do que bem-vinda à minha companhia,

adoro todo aquele volume 'farfalhudo', e o mesmo podia dizer da Louis Vuitton.

Mas a versão clutch traz uma inerente elegância,

e é praticamente impossível resistir à versão da Burberry (já à venda aqui),

ou à da Valentino, em modo talvez mais adulto.

I'm definitely not a bag person, but I would say that in this field my weakness are the fur bags!

There is something that matches more perfectly with Winter than fur?

I wear my fur bag in a non-stop way like whole Winter, and let's just say that maybe my cute baby is needing some rest...

The J. Mendel is more than welcome to my company,

I just adore that whole bunch of fur, and the same I could say about the Louis Vuitton.

But the clutch versions always brings a lot of elegance,

and it's practically impossible to resist to Burberry version (already on sale here),

or to Valentino, maybe in a more adult way.

The Return of Pink

No próximo Outono/Inverno, o cor-de-rosa chega-nos em toda a força.

Desde o clássico tweed Chanel, às linhas descontraídas de Blumarine,

sem esquecer os casacões e o já mais que habitual pêlo...

Nenhum tecido ou material deixou de lado esta cor deliciosa ao olhar,

e eu não podia estar mais feliz... Afinal, cor-de-rosa é mesmo a minha cor mais-que-tudo!

E o tom? Um rosinha amoroso, que por vezes quase se confunde com beige ou nude.

Quase sempre em look total, fica adorável combinado com outros tons de cor-de-rosa,

e em último caso, nada como outros tons suaves, como cinza ou creme para o vestir.

Next season, the pink arrives in all its strength.

Since the classic tweed Chanel, to the relaxed lines of Blumarine,

without letting go the big coats and the more than usual fur...

None fabric or material left this delicious color aside,

and I can't be more happy with that...

After all, pink is my more-than-everything color!

And the tone? A sweet clear pink, that sometimes can be confused with beige or nude.

Almost always in total look, it stays adorable matched with other pink tones,

and in last case, you can always bet in other light colors, as grey or cream.

Nail Art Rings by Chanel

Muitos se encheram de desilusão quando viram as mãos Chanel

no desfile de Haute Couture para o próximo Inverno.

Eu sinceramente nem reparei logo logo,

e só me apercebi da ausência de verniz quando se começou a falar disso..

E devo ter sido provavelmente das únicas que me senti bem mais impressionada

com o mix de anéis que as mãos apresentaram!

É uma espécie de versão chique dos anéis de Balenciaga, e eu adoro!

Achei-os mega elegantes e com o seu je ne sais quoi,

e estou mais que pronta para a versão Zara ou qualquer outra!

Many people were filled of disappointment when they saw the Chanel hands,

on the runway from Haute Couture for next Winter.

I didn't even notice that detail on the moment,

just noticed the absence of nail polish when people start talking about that..

And I probably must be one of the only that felt really impressed

about that mix of rings that hands presented us!

It's a kind of chic version of Balenciaga nails, and I have to say that I adore it!

I though that they're superbly elegant and with a kind of je ne sais quoi,

and I'm really more than ready for Zara version or any other!

Mas que perfeição absoluta!

As flores, os rendados, os tecidos.. Tudo tão eu!

E os sapatinhos já cá deviam morar em casa..

Resort 2014

O mundo da moda nunca pára,

sempre em constante inovação e reinvenção.

Aos clássicos desfiles SS e FW, sucedem-se outros..

Encontramo-nos agora em tempo de Resort, ou também chamado Cruise,

que assim muito basicamente é uma colecção between seasons
mais direccionada para as temperaturas quentes.
Por agora, ainda muito poucas Casas apresentaram as suas colecções,
de relevo temos Chanel, Bottega Veneta e Christian Dior..

The fashion world never stops,
constantly in plain innovation and reinvention.
To the classic SS and FW runways, we need to consider some others..
Now, it's time for Resort, or also called Cruise,
that in a very basic way of thinking, is a between seasons collection
more targeted to the high temperatures.
For now, very few Houses have presented it's collections,
with some prominence there is Chanel, Bottega Veneta and Christian Dior..

A minha favorita - Fiquei encantada com Valentino!

Os tecidos e os pormenores deixaram-me perdida de amores pela colecção.

A maior desilusão - A Miu Miu costuma ser a minha marca preferida,

devido às peças sempre inovadoras, mas cheias de elegância..

Desta vez, algo ficou pelo caminho e a colecção apesar de não ser má,

deixou muito a desejar!

Isto já para não falar dos quase pijamas de Louis Vuitton/Marc Jacobs!

A melhor surpresa - Adorei Giambattista Valli!

Seriamente tudo que se deseja numa colecção destas..

Cada peça fez-me pensar 'wow'.

Runway | Haute Couture SS13

Esta semana decorreram os desfiles de Alta Costura em Paris,

como já é costume, trouxeram verdadeiras e incríveis obras de arte,

ricas em detalhes e pormenores de perder a respiração!

This week took place once again, the Haute Couture runways in Paris

and as usual, it brought us pieces of art that are truly incredible,

rich in details of losing breath!

Christian Dior

Uma atmosfera bem primaveril, em que todos os detalhes chamam pela já tão desejada Primavera.

Volumes mais que perfeitos & silhuetas repletas de romantismo!

A very spring time atmosphere in which every detail calls for the so already desired Spring.

Volumes more than perfect & silhouettes full of romantic details!

Giambattista Valli

Uma colecção de autênticos contrastes, o clássico preto e branco de um lado,

os românticos e delicados tons de rosa no outro.

A collection of genuine contrasts, the classic black and white on one side,

the romantic and delicate tones of pink in the other. 

Chanel

Uma clara inspiração ao passado vitoriano, com uma certa inspiração gótica que não me agradou totalmente,

com forte recurso ao já clássico tweed e grande destaque nas texturas.

A clear inspiration on Victorian past, with a certain gothic inspiration that hasn't inspired me totally,

with a strong use of to the classic tweed and great highlight to textures.

Armani Privé

Vermelho em grande destaque neste desfile,

com inclusão de variados elementos geométricos e gráficos.

Red as the main highlight in this runway,

including so many geometric and graphic elements.

Valentino

Elegância em cores clássicas - preto, branco & vermelho!

Um desfile repleto de tecidos ricos e elaborados, não há como não sonhar..

Elegance in classic colors - black, white & red!

A fashion show filled with so much rich and elaborated garments, I'm surely dreaming about...

Elie Saab

Via as imagens do desfile e o único pensamento que me ocorria era:

"Como é possível ser-se tão previsível e surpreendente ao mesmo tempo?".

Eu sei que é pura contradição, mas este homem tem um verdadeiro dom.

Apresentou-nos precisamente o mesmo trabalho de sempre,

e no entanto apaixonou-nos como sempre.

I saw these images and the only thought that occurred me was:

"How is it possible to be so predictable and surprising at the same time?".

I know it's pure contradiction but this man really has a talent.

He presented us precisely the same work ever, however we fell in love like usually.

Mais um libanês que sabe como criar beleza cheia de elegância.

Os dourados predominam, e são sempre uma escolha acertada.

Another lebanese that surely knows how to create beauty full of elegance.
