20 Bags for Fall

Nada a fazer, a estação fria aproxima-se a passos largos,

e sonhar com o que aí vem é quase um vício!

Depois de uma pequena antevisão dos sapatos que mais me fizeram sonhar,

que tal delirarmos todas com algumas malas mais que perfeitas!?

There is nothing to do, the cold is arriving sooner or later,

and dreaming about what is coming is almost an addiction!

After a little preview about the shoes that are making me dream about Winter,

what about some delirious about a few more than perfect bags!?

Eu não sou uma bag-person, mas diria que a minha fraqueza são as malas de pêlo!

Há alguma coisa que combine mais com o Inverno do que pêlo meninas?

Uso a minha non-stop o Inverno inteiro, e digamos que ela talvez precise de algum descanso...

A J. Mendel era mais do que bem-vinda à minha companhia,

adoro todo aquele volume 'farfalhudo', e o mesmo podia dizer da Louis Vuitton.

Mas a versão clutch traz uma inerente elegância,

e é praticamente impossível resistir à versão da Burberry (já à venda aqui),

ou à da Valentino, em modo talvez mais adulto.

I'm definitely not a bag person, but I would say that in this field my weakness are the fur bags!

There is something that matches more perfectly with Winter than fur?

I wear my fur bag in a non-stop way like whole Winter, and let's just say that maybe my cute baby is needing some rest...

The J. Mendel is more than welcome to my company,

I just adore that whole bunch of fur, and the same I could say about the Louis Vuitton.

But the clutch versions always brings a lot of elegance,

and it's practically impossible to resist to Burberry version (already on sale here),

or to Valentino, maybe in a more adult way.

Definitivamente não sou uma pessoa de malas!

Satisfaço-me com uma que me apaixone verdadeiramente, e uso-a, uso-a e uso-a, dia após dia!

Claro que um requisito absolutamente essencial, acaba por ser a qualidade.

Estou obssecada com a necessidade de uma mala nova, e a verdade é que preciso mesmo.

Simples, básica e que vá bem com tudo são requisitos absolutamente essenciais.

Claro que o que eu queria verdadeiramente era a Audrey da Carolina Herrera,

mas a verdade é que me parece que será coisa para o futuro,

por isso só me resta procurar outras soluções.

Of course an absolutely essential requirement turns out to be quality.

I'm obsessed with the need of a new bag, and I really need it.

Simple, basic, and that goes well with everything are absolutely essential requirements.

Of course what I truly wanted was the Audrey of Carolina Herrera,

but I think it will be a goal for the future,

so the only option is to look at other solutions. 

Tenho ouvido muito boas coisas sobre as malas da Bimba y Lola,

e efectivamente vão de encontro aos requisitos da versatilidade e simplicidade,

será coisa a ponderar nos saldos.

I have heard very good things about Bimba y Lola bags,

and actually they meet the requirements of versatility and simplicity,

it will be something to consider on sale. 

Também adoro as malas em verniz da Mango na fotografia,

mas não me parece que a qualidade me satisfaça o suficiente. 

I also love the bags in varnish from Mango in the picture,

but I don't think the quality will satisfy me enough.

Quanto às malas da Zara, são apenas um extra, porque apesar de as adorar, são malas apenas para a estação.

 As for the Zara bags, they are just an extra because despite looking gorgeous I think they are just bags for this season.

Shopping | Studs

Uma das grandes novidades da próxima estação no que toca a tendências são as tachas! Estas vieram em grande quantidade, formatos e tamanhos, há simplesmente para todos os gostos. Sem dúvida que não é a minha tendência de eleição, mas tenho de admitir que dá muita originalidade a certas peças e são um óptimo complemento quando estão apenas nos detalhes! A minha perdição são mesmo as malas cheias de tachas! Apesar de ser uma tendência muito dirigida para um estilo mais punk, a verdade é que o objectivo é mesmo recriá-la e misturar as tachas com outros estilos improváveis.

One of the great innovations of the next season when it comes to trends are the studs! These come in large numbers, shapes and sizes, there is simply something for everyone. It's not my favorite trend but I have to admit that it gives a lot of originality to certain pieces of clothes and they are a great complement when present as details. My perdition are the handbags full of studs! Despite this trend being associated with a much more punk style, the truth is that the goal is to recreate it and mix it with other styles.

Soulmates | Céline vs. Mango

Quando vi esta mala no site da Mango, só conseguia pensar nesta mala da Céline. Desta vez não estamos perante uma cópia pura, mas as semelhanças são bastante evidentes.

When I saw this bag at Mango website, I could only think at this Céline bag. This time we are not facing a pure copy but the similarities are quite evident.

Bags Selection

Malas...um dos meus eternos vícios! Grandes, pequenas, de todas as cores, padrões e feitios!

E obviamente que não podia deixar de fazer um post sobre malas. Aqui vos mostro uma pequena selecção (sim, a escolha é difícil...ainda mais se tivesse optado por incluir o mundo das super "luxury handbags"). 

Neste momento as minhas apostas sobrecaiem em malas bem coloridas para o verão e com cores neon de preferência (a tendência neon é algo que me fascina/hipnotiza...desde malas a colares, sapatos, etc)

Claro que também, com os saldos/promoções, fico sempre atenta a uma boa mala que dê para o próximo Outono/Inverno.

Bags...one of my eternal addictions! Large, small, with all type of colors, patterns and shapes! And obviously I had to make a post about bags. Here I show you a small selection (yes, the choice is difficult ... even more if I had chosen to include the world of the super "luxury handbags").

Right now my choices go for brightly colored bags for the summer and preferably neon colors (the neon trend is something that fascinates/hypnotizes me...from bags to necklaces, shoes, etc)

Although, with the sales/promotions, I am always receptive to find a good handbag for the next Fall/Winter.
